Subscriber support
The planned OpenAI-assisted service can analyse provisioning status, supplier responses, network registration, CDRs, RADIUS and usage data, SMS delivery records, service entitlements and billing history. It should identify evidence, propose explanations and either carry out a pre-approved safe remedy or create a structured escalation.
Partner and operator assistance
Partner admins will be able to ask operational questions within the dashboard, including API errors, webhook configuration, billing, SIM state, service availability and SIP trunk faults. Answers should cite platform documentation and include exact diagnostic evidence where the user is authorised to see it.
Safety and accountability
AI support must not cross partner boundaries, expose unneeded personal data, invent diagnoses, silently charge customers or take irreversible actions outside pre-authorised runbooks. Every diagnostic action is logged. High-risk requests and unresolved cases go to designated managed support operators.
Production state
This is an approved product direction in PRD Addendum v0.2; the website does not yet connect to an operational AI support endpoint. See Help Centre and Security.
