API integration principles, webhooks and implementation guidance.

Developer documentation previewAPI contracts and authentication schemes must be verified against the production PHP/MySQL API. This page does not claim live endpoints or an operational sandbox.

API integration

murphx EMC is designed around a tenant-scoped API supporting business onboarding, catalogues, subscriber accounts, eSIM provisioning, lifecycle events, orders, balances, billing and operational diagnostics.

  • Authenticate services using tenant-scoped credentials and least-privilege roles.
  • Keep secrets server-side, never within a browser or mobile bundle.
  • Use stable identifiers, idempotency keys for purchases and provisioning, and traceable correlation IDs.
  • Handle asynchronous fulfilment and upstream provider failures with explicit order states.

Webhooks and events

Consumers should verify the webhook signature, deduplicate event IDs, acknowledge promptly, and process events idempotently. Candidate events include account activation, order completion, eSIM issuance, activation, usage thresholds, payment failures, subscription updates and supplier incidents. Final event names and schemas will be defined in the API specification.

Integration options

The platform roadmap includes optional Stripe/payment-provider connections, Mailgun or managed messaging, upstream eSIM supplier adapters (including Tango where supported), SIP connectivity, and enterprise private interconnects. Integrations depend on verified credentials, supplier contracts and configuration.
