Privacy Notice

How the proposed platform will collect and manage personal information.

Draft privacy informationThis page is an implementation draft, not an approved privacy notice. The operating legal entity, controller/processor roles, contact address, retention schedule, international transfer mechanisms and third-party recipients must be confirmed before launch.

Information processed

Depending on the final service and tenant, the platform may handle business contact details, partner administration records, subscriber and order identifiers, eSIM activation status, device/service metadata, usage records, call-detail and billing information, help requests and limited audit logs.

Purposes and lawful bases

Potential purposes include account provisioning, fulfilment, service operations, payment administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, customer support and product improvement. Each controller must identify and publish the appropriate lawful basis for each purpose; marketing and optional tracking require separate treatment.

Who receives data

Data may be shared with authorised tenant personnel, contracted network suppliers, payment service providers, hosting providers and selected support systems only as necessary for the service. Subprocessor and regional data transfer information will be published before production launch.

AI-assisted support

Support workflows may send minimised, access-controlled diagnostics to an AI service provider when needed. The system must avoid transmitting unnecessary personal information, record the action taken and restrict any automatic account changes to approved actions.

Retention and security

Records should be retained only for an appropriate, documented period, subject to contractual, statutory and telecoms-specific retention obligations. Access control, secure transit, audit logging and incident-response measures will be enforced in production.

Your rights

Where applicable, individuals may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent. The rights handling process is described in GDPR & Data Rights. Some requests may be directed to the relevant white-label operator acting as controller.
