Getting started
New partners configure an account, choose a plan, register business and branding details, select eSIM services, choose billing and submit the completed onboarding flow. The 60-second activation objective starts after an eligible submission, not when someone begins filling in a form.
Technical incidents
Production support is designed to correlate subscriber account and SIM state, supplier provisioning status, RADIUS/network events where available, CDR records, plan usage, billing events and upstream API diagnostics. An AI support assistant should present the evidence and recommend or trigger only authorised remedies.
- eSIM activation: confirm profile issuance, QR/code availability, device compatibility and supplier registration.
- Connectivity: confirm coverage, radio attachment, roaming restrictions, balance, service flags and any supplier outage.
- Calls and messaging: inspect CDRs, SIP routing and supplier responses where contracted.
Billing assistance
Billing checks will include invoice/charge state, payment settlement, subscription tier, top-up transactions, tax handling and permitted refund workflows. No live billing records are available through this static demonstration.
Partner and developer support
Partners will receive guided help within their dashboard for API credentials, documented API operations, webhooks, supplier integrations, service configuration and account permissions. See the Developer Centre and AI support overview.
